Documents prepared in Ukraine
for remote transfer of Estonian company
To transfer Estonian company shares, change the board membership and get access to bank accounts remotely (without visiting Estonia), we need the following documents from you:
- Notarized power of Attorney (POA), for the share transfer and representing the client in the bank.
- Notarized petition to commercial register to file the changes there.
- Notarized international passport copy for bank compliance. Passport copy is allowed to be binded to the POA.
The sample PoA and Petition in english language will be prepared and sent to You by our consultant. Please try to keep the wording of the documents when translating them into Ukrainian language. Please ask the notary to write all names also in Roman alphabet and indicate your Ukrainan ID code in the documents as well.
How to notarize a document?
When you want your document notarized the notary will review your ID to make sure you are who you claim to be. You must sign the document in the presence of the notary. This is the only way a notary can verify it is you who signs the document. You can search the closest notary in Ukraine here: http://npu.in.ua/en/find-a-notary.
NB! Public documents issued and notarized in Ukraine are accepted in Estonia without an apostille or legalization.
